Rose celebrates Clare and Nashville Parks

ACT III, SCENE I

Rose celebrates Clare and Nashville Parks

Rose talks about the importance of Clare Armistead’s support for Nashville Parks and how Clare’s efforts have directly effected Rose’s life.

When Rose was little her father took her to Nashville’s Percy Warner Park. Rose fell in love with the trails, the woodlands and majestic stairway to the forest. As a teenager Rose recounts her history not only with the parks but with one of the people responsible for protecting the parks, Clare Armistead, whom Rose had come to be friends with.
